No payment information is required for the demo. You can upgrade (BUY) to the full version at any time. The demo is provided at 0 EUR and there will be no charge unless you decide to purchase the full version.

    Both the demo and the full databases require accepting the terms of agreement which regulate, among others, policies for return and copyright.

  • Demo databases are formatted identically to the paid version available upon subscription. However, please note that the demo database has a lower calibration score. This score reflects its suitability for testing and evaluation purposes while highlighting the superior quality of the full paid database. Additionally, a calibration report will be included to demonstrate the enhancements and improvements you can expect with the subscription version.

  • YES. Bioinfile provides ongoing basic support for critical issues to all paid subscribers, ensuring that any major disruptions or service outages are promptly addressed.

    Additionally, for new customers, we offer an onboarding package designed to assist with product setup, troubleshooting, and usage guidance. This onboarding support is intended to help you get the most out of our products, with a focus on ensuring smooth integration into your processes. For any non-critical inquiries, customers can reach out to us for assistance, and we'll work to resolve them as efficiently as possible.

  • At Bioinfile, you can pay with a credit card, debit card and bank transfer. You can check the payment options when making the payment.

  • According to the Terms and Conditions, Database subscription contracts are annual.

  • The average delivery time for your Bioinfile products is 3 to 5 business days. Tracking information will be provided once the order has been placed.

  • If the cancellation occurs during the term of a subscription, the subscription will not be automatically renewed after the agreed period. The license to use Bioinfile products will remain valid until the last day of the current subscription period.

    Cancellation can be unilaterally started by you through the Customer Portal Link.

    After Cancellation, please note carefully to the withdrawal and return policies from the terms of agreement.
